I found your newsletter during lunch break because I was trying to find something "better" than scrolling my Instagram feed or watching series, but I didn't want to study or "think too much". I need to say this is GOLD. I loved your writing style and opinions. By the way, the sandwich recipe seems great! Maybe I'll try this weekend.
LOVED READING THIS! Also a knit tank is on my wishlist and your outfit only confirmed. With the white button down - maybe try front tucking half and leaving the other side out? IDK IF THAT MAKES SENSE. Taylor does not get this look but I love it!!! Inspiring me to get dressed more!
AH YOU ARE SO KIND, LAUREN! i got SO into knit tank tops last summer (like, TOO into knit tank tops last summer) and i really do think they're an elevated summer staple.
it's SO funny you mention that about the white button down, because that was the original way i had it styled, and it still felt too bulky. i think it's because it's a perfect oversized shirt... but with the widelegged pants, it becomes too oversized in a whole outfit. i have a black fitted buttondown - i'd like to try that. otherwise, i feel like day three was a blouse + pant outfit formula i'd like to replicate again!
and you always inspire ME to get dressed more, so i'm thrilled you can leave here with that feeling.
I HAVE TO REMEMBER TO READ THESE ON MY LUNCH BREAK!!! I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!
THAT IS SO NICE OF YOU! THEY WILL BE HERE FOR WHATEVER LUNCH BREAK YOU HAVE FREE AS AN EDUCATOR.
