Great thoughts. I spend way too much time ghosting instead of journaling and then wish I had but it’s “too late” and then what’s the point and then it cycles again! 👏🏻

i am learning that vulnerability births integration, and i just want to say that i have such deep admiration for the way that you show up and share your whole self. all the parts of you are lovely. thanks for leading me so kindly in this way.

I have a note in my notes app called "brain dump" where I put all my half baked harvest thoughts in lofty dreams of fully baking them to a degree that paul hollywod and mary berry approve of. (My current half-thought: I wonder how many people spell her name "merry berry" instead of "mary berry" on the regular)

i made a honking laugh noise when i got to “merry berry” hahahhahahaa this pipeline from half baked harvest to GBBO was a GIFT. here’s to hoping you one day achieve the mental paul hollywood handshake

recognition is always the first step for me! i hope you enjoy the presence of making your list. <3 one of my goals for this month is to take two of these thoughts / areas i feel really blocked in (social media consumption vs. creation for an example) to move past the ghosting! haven't done it yet but hope it HELPS!
