I always look forward to “Lunch Notes”. I, too, have been rereading books via audio. It’s been nice and mentally preparing me for the change in season. I’m tempted to delete IG and only check in once a week. I did it a few times this summer but found myself scrolling more on Twitter since my husband sends me so much stuff on there.
I definitely am guilty of deleting one scroll item and replacing with another. One thing that's helped me with that in the past is having a phone down night / phone away night, where it reminds me to take time away from my phone and get into the habit of not scrolling. Whatever we can do to not scroll, am I right?

Every time I see the notification for this, I can’t believe it’s Thursday. I swear the last one was two days ago
this is similar to how i feel when i have to write another one, HA!
